Second Enrollment Period Deadline ends January 15th, 2009.

Thanks to those members that responded to our earlier request for their insurance program information ( 189 properties to date), I am very happy to report that we've been successful in securing competitive quotes from A-rated insurance companies that will yield an average member premium savings in the 15% - 20% range for the following combined program:

• Property/Equipment Breakdown
• General Liability
• Business Auto
• Crime
• Umbrella

We will be delivering quotes for our primary enrollment by the end of October. Before doing so, we have a short window of time in which to allow members, who have not responded, the opportunity to provide information in order to determine if they can benefit from participation in the program.

While additional details will be required, we are requesting that interested members provide only the following information at this time:

Exposure Information:

• Copy of current policy Declaration Pages showing coverage limits and premiums:
  • Property | General Liability | Umbrella | Workers Compensation
• Property square footage (per building).
• Values - building, signs, contents, business interruption, and 2007 gross receipts.
• Premiums - Copy of current premiums for all coverage lines.
• Loss Information - brief description of historical claims/payments in past 5 years.
